Update

Posted a whole bunch of pictures that I had on my HD.

Some are pretty old and some are new..

Looks to be mostly from our last show in chaos which was in April like a week after my birthday... so I will guess it was around April 10th

The rest of the pictures are from our recording sessions down in Savaneta, a couple of the guys from second thought were there as our groupies.

Is Lost actually LOST?

Reports of the End of Lost are flooding my email in box.

1 - Is the band Broken up?

2 - Is there a new band?

3 - What the hell is going on??

Here is the down and dirty info you are all looking for!!

1 - Lost has definitely NOT broken up!

2 - There is no "new" band. But changes have been made.

3 - Rowald De Graaf is no longer a part of the band LOST. We wish Rowald all the best in moving forward with all his future projects. The reason for the departure? The rest of the band felt we were seeking different things and moving in different directions.

Does this mean you need a drummer??

Well as it happens NO.

Maurice and I played with a few drummers over the weekend and it turns out we found one with the right combination of style, attitude and a cool nickname!!

Enter Edward De Cuba, AKA - Dido

He's a great drummer with a lot of experiance and really seems to fit in with the high energy style that really makes the band LOST.

Look for a show announcement tomorrow, hopefully for the April 8th weekend (its my birthday!!!)

There may be another change coming soon.. Lost may switch from a Tremendous threesome to a Freakin Loud Foursome!

Lost: the update!

Hey all,

Had a great show @ Grammy's last thursday, special thanks go out to Giovanni and the Grammy's crew, All the guys over @ Underground Cycles for hooking us up with some nice shirts for the show.. and ESPECIALLY the guys from Second Thought!!

4 out of 9 people from second thought showed up before we began our second set. They were the loudest and most enthusiastic of the remaining crowd, and they really got into a couple songs! Actually Daniel (drummer) liked the orgigonal "Short Term Love Affair" so much that he asked us if we wanted to take advantage of the fact that he has a recording setup in his house this week! So look for a new recorded, more "punk" version of Short term love affair to be posted soon!

As you can see we now have the domain www.lostmusic.org, and there was a nice flash intro but it will NEVER make its way to this site if I have anything to say about it.

Also look for some changes in the LOST lineup to be posted later this week.

The end of lost? I don't think so.. just some fine tuning and updates on the direction we are taking!

Lost our drive...

Hey everyone!

Great to see that people still go here!

Unfortunately we had some issues in our personal lives that kept us out of the loop for a while, but thankfully we are moving forward again! I posted today a bunch of pictures from the Chaos show we did December 19th. Now you might say why bother posting them now that was forever ago! Well certain people were not very accomidating when it came to sharing the pictures that they took and I HONESTLY did not get the last set of pictures until last Saturday (Feb 19th).

Anyway we are practicing (not training, Rowald!) hard and look like we may do another show in March. I will keep this site updated as information becomes available.

Long time no see!

Hey everyone!

Eddie here..

Sorry its been so long since an update. Over the last month I went on vacation to the states for 2 weeks and we have been working on recording our songs, but they are unfortunately sounding pretty crappy in my opinion so they are not getting posted here.

Also last Sunday we played at Cafe Chaos in Oranjestad and ROCKED THE HOUSE!!

there were easily 60 people in the building while we were playing.. much more than you would ever see in Chaos on a sunday night!

So I am sure Patrick (the owner) will have us back.

Pictures from sunday will be forthcoming.. Rowald has been a bit slow delivering the ones his GF took. BUT.....

There were reporters there from all 3 local newspapers.. so we should be featured either this week or next week.. I will definitely post the scans here!
